During Editing, low-resolution files with watermark will be sent until the customer is satisfied.  The final high-resolution file will be sent once approved, and payment has been received.  Please be sure you are satisfied with your reel before approving..  Once the reel is approved and payment is received, there are no refunds, and additional fees will apply for revisions.
